For any MSME, 'liquidity management or working capital management' is the most crucial focus area. Better the liquidity in business, better is the profitablity. One the enterpreneure is convinced about importance of liquidity, all others things will fallin line. Extreme delays in collection from customers, disputed and /or overdue receivables which turns into bad debts and write offs, all this literally destroys the working capital cycle of any business. If not controlled on time, this problem may adversly impacts business liquidity and result into eroded profits.

On the other hand for corporates, handling the payment cycle of MSMEs is very very crucial given the statutory compulsions under MCA notification, Provisions of MSMED Act and the notificatoins thereof. At the same time, it is important for corporates to maintain cordial relations with its most nurtured suppliers and the entire supply chain.

In order to streamline this liquidity managment at MSMEs and corporates, we at MSMECARE work towards formulation, drafting and documentation of policies, best practices, SOPs and related training and consultation.
